Terms & Conditions – Introductory Calls
- These Terms & Conditions apply to any person (“you”) booking an Introductory Call with Gale Family Law Pty Ltd (ACN: 660914796) trading as Gale Family Law (“we / us”).
- The purpose of an Introductory Call is to ascertain whether we can assist with your case and to answer any questions you may have about our services.
- The call lasts for up to 15 minutes and is free of charge.
- We will not provide legal advice to you in our Introductory Call. Any information provided is general information only.
- If you wish to engage us for legal advice or representation, we may offer to schedule a separate paid advice session.
- To book, we will ask for some information to perform a conflict-of-interest check. If a conflict exists, we will cancel the call and will not inform any other party about your enquiry.
- Booking an Introductory Call does not create a lawyer-client or any other kind of legal relationship (including responsibility for your case) between you and Gale Family Law or any legal practitioner employed by Gale Family Law.
- You consent to us storing the information you provide to us in our records and contacting you using your contact details.
- You acknowledge that we maintain our records electronically using third-party software which may be accessed by third-party services (including IT support, accountants, legal advisors, auditors, and consultants) who we engage to help manage our practice.
- We reserve all rights to decline an Introductory Call or decline to act for you after the call.
- Introductory Calls are limited to one per person.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
