New Clients
Step 1 – Enquire
Before we get started, we want to make sure that we are able to assist with your case and that our services are a good fit for you.
All of our engagements start with a Free 15-minute Introductory Call which you can book here.
The Free Introductory Call is with David Gale, Director and Accredited Specialist in Family Law. In this call, we will understand what your case is about and answer any questions you have about our services.
After the Introductory call, if you are ready to proceed we will then arrange a Strategy & Advice Conference.

Step 4 – Resolve your case
The steps to resolve your case will depend on a number of factors, including the type of case (e.g. financial settlement, children, prenup, etc), the complexity of your circumstances, and the level of cooperation and goodwill between you and the other party.
With assistance from experienced and sensible family law experts, most cases can resolve through negotiations or mediation without the need for court proceedings.
Rest assured that at each step along the way, we will consult with you before any important decisions are made and will keep in close communication with you so that you always know what is happening.
